In this study of 4909 employees from 7 different countries and 3 continents, we get to understand what they are feeling and expectations so employers can respond to ensure performance and engagement are maintained as well as demonstrating a duty of care towards employee wellbeing.

Our study invited employees from our Toluna panel, to share their thoughts on questions relating to:

  • How prepared their employer was in dealing with the onset of the pandemic and changes to working arrangements
  • Current levels of employee engagement compared to our annual Worklife study, September 2019
  • The extent to which employees feel enabled to work from home effectively, perceptions of their own productivity and the distractions they face
  • The effectiveness of internal communications during the pandemic
  • Current concerns as a result of the pandemic.
